Let's be straight with each other: no trainer can promise you'll lose a specific number of pounds by a specific date. Bodies aren't machines, and anyone guaranteeing a dramatic before-and-after is selling you something. What can be promised is a plan built for your body, coached safely, and adjusted honestly as we learn how you respond.
For most clients, a healthy, sustainable pace is roughly one to two pounds a week once training and nutrition are consistent. Progress won't be perfectly linear, some weeks the scale stalls while your measurements and strength keep moving. That's normal, and it's exactly why we track more than one number. The clients who succeed aren't the ones chasing the fastest crash; they're the ones who build habits they can keep for years.
